Custom Campaigns · cold email

Cold email in your words, with AI where it helps.

Write the letters yourself, add an AI line that is different for every person, or let AI write the whole letter from your brief. Send from a team of your own mailboxes, inside your sending window, with follow-ups in the same thread that stop the moment someone answers.

No signup to try it. $30 in free credits when you create an account.

Three ways to write

Cold email automation with AI — as much or as little as you want

  1. 01

    Exactly as written

Your letter goes out word for word, with values like {{first_name}} and {{company}} filled in. A missing value never becomes “Hi ,” — that person is left out, with the reason.

  2. 02

    Your letter, with AI lines

Put {{ai: one sentence about their latest launch}} where a personal line belongs. The AI writes that sentence for each person from what is known about them; the rest stays yours.

  3. 03

Written by AI from a brief

Describe the offer and the angle; each letter is written for its recipient. Preview AI letters writes them for the first two people, so you read real ones before launching.

Whichever you choose, a letter the AI could not write is never sent.

A team of senders, one login, one inbox

Add ten or fifteen mailboxes at once — anna@, ivan@, maya@ on the same relay and the same shared inbox. Answers are matched to each address, every sender warms up on its own, and together they send more than any one mailbox should.

Each sender works its own lane, with its own daily limit; an error pauses that sender and leaves the others running.

  • Warm-up from 10 letters a day upwards, per sender
  • Sending window and working days
  • A gap between letters, a daily limit
  • The plan recomputed every minute from what really went out

Your list, a list SoloRiff builds, or the people the autopilot finds

Send to a list you upload, to one SoloRiff builds for you, or to everyone you reached before who never answered. Or point the campaign at a persona: the autopilot finds the people and each one joins the campaign as found.

  • Upload a listA CSV with an email column and anything else — every column becomes a value your letters can use.
  • Build one with SoloRiffSay who: titles, industries, regions, company size. It finds them, verifies every address, and you pay only for people actually found.
  • From earlier outreachEveryone who never answered, who answered, who is interested, or a Pipeline stage.

Cleaned before anything is sent

A campaign cleans its own copy of the list: role mailboxes, a second person at the same company, the stop list, unsubscribes and anyone emailed recently are left out — each with the reason, in a preview, before you launch.

A reply, an unsubscribe or a bounce then stops that person in every campaign at once, and the answer lands in the Inbox.

Custom Campaign questions

What is a Custom Campaign?

Letters you write, sent to your list or to the people the autopilot finds, as plain text from your own mailboxes on a schedule you set. Each letter goes exactly as written, gets AI-written lines for each person, or is written whole by AI from your brief.

How do AI lines work?

Put {{ai: one sentence about their latest launch}} anywhere in a letter and the AI writes that sentence for each person from what is known about them; the rest stays in your words. Preview AI letters writes them for the first two people so you read real ones before launching, and a letter the AI could not write is never sent.

Can several mailboxes send one campaign?

Yes. Add a team of senders — say ten to fifteen mailboxes on one login and one shared inbox. Each sender warms up on its own and has its own daily limit, together they send more, and an error pauses one sender without stopping the others.

How is the sending pace set?

A sending window, working days, a warm-up from 10 letters a day upwards, a daily limit and a gap between letters — per sender. The plan is recomputed every minute from what really went out.

What stops the follow-ups?

A reply, an unsubscribe or a bounce stops that person in every campaign at once, and the answer lands in the Inbox. Follow-ups always go in the same thread as the first letter.

Do the letters carry tracking?

No tracking pixel and no link rewriting: letters are plain text, the way cold email reads best, and unsubscribe rides in the List-Unsubscribe header. Replies, unsubscribes and bounces are still recorded.

What if a value like {{first_name}} is empty?

A missing value never turns into “Hi ,”. That person is left out of the campaign, with the reason shown, before anything is sent.

Your words. Your senders. Your schedule.

Draft a campaign, read the AI lines for the first two people, and launch only when it reads right.
