AI Full-Stack Engineer
EngineeringRemote (EU / UK / Americas time zones)Full-timeBuild the autopilot end-to-end across our Next.js + Laravel stack and the live AI agents that close deals on customer websites.
We are looking for an engineer who can ship full-stack features and is equally at home in the AI parts of the system as in the boring CRUD parts. You will own product surfaces from the database migration to the live agent on a customer's site.
What you will do
- Design and ship features across the SoloRiff stack: Next.js 16 / React 19 frontend, Laravel API, Postgres, Redis, S3-compatible storage.
- Improve the live agent runtime — voice, chat and avatar pipelines built on top of OpenAI Realtime, Chat Completions, Embeddings and ElevenLabs.
- Tune retrieval over our knowledge-base index (Qdrant) so agent answers are grounded in customer documentation, not invented.
- Build prompts the way we ship code: versioned, evaluated, reviewed.
- Take part in the on-call rotation once you are ramped (low-volume; outages are rare).
What we look for
- 4+ years building production web applications, ideally across both frontend and backend.
- Comfortable in TypeScript and PHP. You do not need to be a Laravel expert before joining; you do need to ship fast in unfamiliar code.
- Hands-on experience integrating an LLM provider in production — prompt design, JSON-mode, function/tool calls, eval harnesses.
- Pragmatic on AI: you know when to use a model and when a regex or a SQL query is the better answer.
- Comfortable working in a small team where ownership is wide and the path from idea to production is short.
Nice to have
- Real-time audio or WebRTC experience.
- Vector search / embeddings tuning beyond "we plugged in a default model".
- Experience writing technical content — you will help shape our docs and the agent prompts.
How we work
- Remote-first, asynchronous by default, with a weekly synchronous design review.
- We ship behind feature flags and read transcripts weekly; product judgement is part of the job.
- Generous compute budget — you will not be told to "use the cheap model".
Compensation
Senior-engineer base, meaningful early-stage equity, monthly learning budget. Specific numbers shared in the first conversation.

Business Development Manager
Go-to-MarketRemote (EU / UK time zones preferred)Full-timeOwn the early commercial pipeline at SoloRiff: turn outbound and inbound interest into paying customers, and bring back what you learn so we can build the right product.
This is the founding commercial hire. You will own the full top-of-funnel for SoloRiff in the first year — outbound to ICP accounts, inbound triage, demos, and closing the first cohort of paying customers — alongside a founder who will close beside you, not above you.
What you will do
- Run an outbound motion against a focused list of B2B SaaS companies in our ICP.
- Triage inbound leads from the AI agent on our own site, demo prospects, and convert them.
- Co-own ICP definition with the founders — what we sell to, what we do not, and why.
- Bring qualitative feedback from every call into the product weekly. The team will listen.
- Build the playbook as you go: cold sequences, demo scripts, objection handling, pricing tests.
What we look for
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with at least one stint owning early-stage commercial pipeline (founder-led, BDR-led or first AE).
- Track record of running disciplined outbound — segmentation, sequencing, response classification.
- Comfortable demoing technical products on the call. You will not be handed a script; you will write it.
- Honest commercial instinct: you know which deals to chase and which to let go.
- Confident with modern tooling — CRM, automation, AI assistants — but unromantic about it.
Nice to have
- Prior experience selling to RevOps, sales leaders or CTOs.
- Familiarity with the AI sales-automation category, or with conversational AI products.
- Comfort working in a small team where the playbook is being written, not followed.
How we work
- Remote-first with strong written culture; sales artefacts (call notes, demo scripts, pricing tests) are documented as we go.
- The founder closes alongside you in the first quarter, then steps back.
- Compensation is base + variable; commission plan tuned for ARR, not booked meetings.
Compensation
Base + uncapped variable, with meaningful early-stage equity. Specific numbers shared in the first conversation.
